Evangelion Test Type-01 Awake Ver. From EVANGELION:3.0 YOU CAN (NOT) REDO joins Kotobukiya’s plastic model kit series!

This model kit features precise joint design employing CAD technology from the original Evangelion Test Type-01 and a sophisticated form created by the hands of highly-skilled sculptors, with the awakened form being recreated with changed coloring in the parts.

With the addition of newly sculpted parts, the first awakening form can now be recreated.

Product Specifications

Three head parts are included for users to choose from to recreate the transition between the normal form to the awakened form from the end of the series.

Two chest parts are included for users to choose from to recreate the normal form and awakened form.

Two left arm parts are included for users to choose from to recreate the normal left arm and the energy-generated arm after the original was lost.

A halo is included to recreate the halo in the awakened state.

The mouth can be opened or closed by adjusting the chin as shown in the film.

The Entry Plug is articulated and can be pulled out in conjunction with the movable rear block.

The front thighs and kneecaps are interlocked and can be moved.

The expansion of the shoulder knife storage can be recreated with additional included parts.

The interlocking of the neck allows for articulation, allowing the throat part to interlock and enabling movement when the model looks up.

Included Items

Closed fists (left and right), open hands (left and right), gun-holding hands (left and right), knife-holding hands (left and right), open hands with fingers curved (left and right), and grabbing hands (left and right) are included.

An additional closed fist (left), open hand (left), open hand with fingers curved (left), and grabbing hand (left) are included to recreate the awakened form’s hand.

With a large amount of hand parts, various scenes from the series can be recreated.

Pre-Painted Parts and Clear Parts

Some of the parts are pre-painted, such as the eyes, tip of the chin, chest armor, neck, and the inside of the mouth when awakened.

Clear parts have been used to recreate the image from the series in various areas, such as the two kinds of awakened eyes, core, halo and halo support parts, and left arm.

These features allow for Evangelion Test Type-01 Awake Ver. to be recreated like in the series by just assembling the model.
